• Parts procurement and installation

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Ensure device access for service delivery
• Backup important data before service
• Pay for services as agreed
• Report issues promptly
• Follow safety guidelines during service
• Not interfere with service delivery

Payment Methods:

• Cash on delivery
• Bank transfer and UPI
• Credit/Debit cards
• Digital wallets

Payment Schedule:

• 50% advance for large repair jobs
• Full payment before device return
• Additional charges require approval
• Late payment may affect warranty

We stand behind our work with the following warranty terms:

• Labor Warranty: 30 days on all repair services
• Parts Warranty: As per manufacturer specifications
• Coverage: Defects in workmanship and parts
• Exclusions: Physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications

Important: Warranty claims require proof of service and original payment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ServifyIndia shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Data loss or corruption
• Device damage during transit
• Third-party service or product issues
• Business interruption or loss of profits

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platform belong to ServifyIndia or our licensors:

• Website design and functionality
• Service methodologies and processes
• Documentation and training materials
• Brand names and logos

You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

Your privacy is important to us. Our data handling practices include:

• Collection only of necessary information
• Secure storage and transmission
• Limited access to authorized personnel
• Compliance with data protection laws
• Your rights to access and correct data

These terms may be terminated under the following circumstances:

Upon termination, you must cease using our services and return any borrowed equipment.

1. First contact customer support for resolution
2. If unresolved, escalate to management
3. Consider mediation or arbitration if needed
4. Final resolution through legal recourse if necessary

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and resolved in Ratnagiri courts.
