At ServifyIndia, we strive to provide the best service experience. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to request a refund. This policy outlines our refund procedures:

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of service completion
  • Services must be fully paid for before refund consideration
  • Refund processing takes 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

Refund Eligibility

Services Eligible for Refund:

  • Service not performed as agreed
  • Incomplete service delivery
  • Defective parts or components used (with warranty)
  • Service cancelled before work began
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors

Services Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Services completed as per agreement
  • Customer-caused damage or issues
  • Services performed more than 7 days ago
  • Consumable items already used
  • Third-party services or products

Refund Process

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Contact our customer support team
  2. Provide your service details and reason for refund
  3. Submit supporting documentation (photos, receipts, etc.)
  4. Our team will review your request within 48 hours
  5. Receive refund decision and processing timeline

Required Information:

  • Service order number or job card ID
  • Date of service completion
  • Detailed reason for refund request
  • Supporting evidence or documentation
  • Contact information for follow-up

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds based on service completion and satisfaction:

  • Services partially completed as requested
  • Minor issues that don't affect overall service
  • Customer satisfaction settlements
  • Warranty claims for defective components

Note: Partial refund amounts are determined on a case-by-case basis based on service completion percentage and issue severity.

Service Cancellation

Cancellation Timeline:

  • 24+ hours before service: Full refund minus processing fee (₹50)
  • 12-24 hours before service: 50% refund
  • Less than 12 hours: No refund
  • After technician arrival: No refund (unless service error)

Special Cases

Warranty Claims:

For services involving parts or components, warranty claims may be eligible for refund or replacement:

  • Manufacturing defects covered under warranty
  • Normal wear and tear not covered
  • Proof of purchase required
  • Inspection by authorized technician required

Force Majeure:

In cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), we may offer rescheduling or full refunds based on the situation.
